As of February 12, 2012, there are currently 330 residential homes for sale, at an average price of $696,539.  We have seen a slight reduction in inventory and an uptick in homes prices since the last report, which is a positive sign for Sammamish real estate moving through the first quarter of 2012.  In addition, there are 41 short sale homes at an average price of $517,954, with an additional 12 bank owned homes at an average selling price of $399,616.  While the number of bank owned and short sale homes in Sammamish is virtually unchanged, the average list price has shown an uptick as well.

Next, we find there are still only 9 Sammamish homes for sale in the Vintage area.  These residential Vintage homes have an average price of $601,055; a very

As of February 12, 2012, there are currently only 69 active residential homes in Ballard for sale at an average price of $396,456, at an average home size of 1739 square feet.  Of those, only 11 of them are short sale homes in Ballard with an average list price of $304,140.  There is only bank owed home for sale, currently listed at $239,000.  

In addition, there are 48 Ballard condominiums for sale at an average price of $284,165, at an average of 862 square feet.  This inventory is down about 25% from the last report.  Overall, it would appear the Ballard real estate is demonstrating some decent home sale activity, however inventory levels are extremely low, putting the Ballard home seller much more in control than they were at this same time last

As of February 12, 2012, there are currently 424 active residential homes for sale in Bellevue, with an average price of $882,579.  This number is showing a reduction in housing inventory from the last report and another uptick in pricing.  In addition, there are 80 short sales in Bellevue, at an average price of $516,679, along with 21 bank owned homes, at an average price of $474,930.  While still a buyers market, the reduction of inventory and the uptick in Bellevue home prices is a postive sign as we begin to make our way through the first quarter of this years Bellevue housing market. 

In addition, there are currently 296 active residential condos for sale in Bellevue, with an average price of $418,138.  In addition, there are 45 short sale

When a home falls into foreclosure and is left abandoned, you can never be too sure what you may walk into. 

Authorities entering a home in Florida certainly were surprised and unsure what they’d find after the out-of-state home owner alerted them that two people had taken up residence in the home illegally. Authorities called in the bomb squad to take a look. They found drugs, a handgun, 10 grenades, and a pig roaming around the house. 

A man and woman who were squatting in the home face weapon and drug charges.
